Attention All Dawdlers and Un-Decided-ers

Are you weighing back and forth: "Go...Don't go....Go...Don't go"
Do you have a pattern of only anchoring your plans at the last minute?
- even though you have been certain for a year?

The following was written up by Tucker Probst to share with all of us.

Thanks, Tucker.

I wanted to pass on some info to encourage you to attend the 50th Reunion in October. As it so happens, I married a great guy that also graduated in 1969 from his High School on Long Island, NY. For numerous reasons, he had never been overly excited about attending any of his prior Reunions. With this year being a milestone year, I encouraged him to go to his which we did together  this past June.

Although he had a handful of buddies he had remained in touch with, he was most happy & surprised about reconnecting with friends he had long forgotten about for all these years. It's never too late!

If you have a partner/spouse, I would also encourage them to come along as well. They will likely make some new friends as well, and if nothing else, you'll have a nice meal, and get to dance (even by yourself) at a lovely Venue!!!!

Please come!!!!

TagOn from Kathryn It's hard to imagine the feelings we have when someone we thought who didn't know us in school walks up to us and starts talking about the things they remember about us and how they have wondered about our wellbeing over the years.  And to look into someone's eyes and realize that they SAW you when you were a child!  How many people in your life today knew you as a child?!?

Every encounter with classmates is different, and each one has its own surprises for us.  Give someone a chance to remember you "way back then" - and hopefully, you will both be bold and of great courage to speak to one another of not only those days, but the many since then.  You just might find a NEW friend in an old body!
